Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions you as a customer must follow once the order is placed:


  • Withdraw and cancel no earlier than 24 hours before the agreed time and date of delivery or a fee may apply
  • We are not responsible for any dry wood delivered that  has become wet from being set outside or any damage to the interior of the house causing it to be so
  • Please be kind to one another and do not verbally or physically attack the delivery driver for any reason
  • It is the customer's responsibility to keep the delivery driver(s) safe from pet(s) on the customer's property .  While we love dogs, some dogs do not take kindly to strangers.
  • Customer or someone over 18 must be present for delivery
  • Payment is made upon delivery via CASH, VENMO, or APPLEPAY

Return and Refund Policy

Read the return and refund policy.


  • You may return each bundle for a refund or replacement if unopened/unused and within 24 hours after the delivery is made
  • Customer is responsible to deliver each bundle back to Brushy Hill Firewood for a refund  if there is no replacement  as an agreed settlement
  • Refund and/or replacement is per bundle
